Location

This unique geography places Fairfield east of the Bay Area fog zone and results in an ideal climate, with mild winters and summer evening cooled by a gentle delta breeze.

Community Profile

The Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District encompasses the towns of Fairfield (pop 103,000) and Suisun City (pop 28,000). Both Fairfield and the waterfront community of Suisun City offer Bay Area living with a small town feel. Although less than an hour from downtown San Francisco, the cost of living and housing prices are considerably lower than most of the Bay Area.
