Salary & Benefits

Employees are provided dental coverage and offered a selection of district-subsidized health care plans through several providers. Teachers are also able to participate in a catastrophic leave bank and are eligible for Union-endorsed disability and life insurance plans. As the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District is a public school district, retirement benefits are in accordance with the State Teachers Retirement System (STRS).
